I instantly fell in love with this website. Located in Syracuse New York, Smock is a letterpress shop with 20 antique presses. All printing is on luxury bamboo paper. Smock is the first and currently the only print shop to offer printing on this kind of sustainable paper. Visit the Smock website to find a retailer near you. Their work looks amazing online so I'm guessing it's even more beautiful in person.Labels: letterpress, stationery, wedding

Valentine's Day cards are everywhere. I'm really liking the collection in the etsy shop of papereredtogether. They are sort of nontraditional but that's what makes them unique. The letterpress cards are printed on 100% cotton (tree free) paper.Labels: etsy, letterpress, stationery
I bought this beautiful print from Ink+Wit the other night. It was part of the 2008 wall calendar. Only eleven prints were made and I'm so happy to be getting one. It was printed by Pistachio Press.Labels: letterpress, wall art

These are images from the Cardline at Studi on on Fire. The cards feature illustrations by select group of talented artists. Each card is printed on 100% cotton paper. Studio on Fire is both a letterpress shop and design studio. Check out the site because the designs are fantastic and it's pretty obvious they do outstanding work.Labels: greeting cards, letterpress

Presentation is everything! I was drawn to the etsy shop of Letteria by the look of the shop page. Now we all know that etsy is pretty standard and most pages look the same besides the products and the header images. However I love how mostly all the products on Letteria's page match in color and style. It creates such a mood/feeling as well as a defined theme. Isn't the garland great? If you're hosting a holiday party this year this garland might be a nice finishing touch to your holiday decor.Labels: etsy, holiday, letterpress

The holiday shop is open at port2port press. Of course everything is just gorgeous. In the shop you can find holiday cards and gift tags. Orders ship within 2 - 3 days.Labels: gift tags, holiday, letterpress

Neah Bay Douglas Letterpress was recently featured in the September issue of Town & Country Weddings. NBD creates custom wedding invitations that are letterpress printed on 100% cotton handmade paper. NBD also carries a custom line of baby stationery and boxed cards. My favorite part of these stationery products are the pressed botanical embellishments. They are presented so elegantly. They have a small presence but truly make for a unique product.Labels: custom design, greeting cards, letterpress, stationery, wedding invites

These letterpress coasters are from the shop of Sarah Ridgley. They would definitely make a great hostess gift or housewarming gift. Of course you could just buy them for yourself too! Each set comes with 8 coasters neatly tied in a matching box.Labels: coasters, letterpress

I thought these cards from Pistachio Press were stunning. Rachael Hetzel officially launched Pistachio Press this past summer. However she has been creating beautiful letterpress since 2003. There are some beautiful items for sale in the Pistachio Press etsy shop. If you're looking for some custom designs make sure to stop by PistachioPress.com.Labels: etsy, letterpress, note cards

Blue Ribbon Design has some beautiful new letterpress hang tags. Each tag is finished with a copper eyelet and herringbone ribbon. Size is 2" x 4".Labels: gift tags, letterpress

Lizard Press is an etsy shop filled with letterpress stationery. On the Lizard Press blog there is a good post about what goes into letterpress pricing. This is a great read. I know the basics about letterpress but I enjoy reading about it from people who actually make letterpress stationery.Labels: letterpress, stationery
This is a great video of the letterpress process. The video shows the work of Armato design & press from Minneapolis. Armato has an etsy shop with some gorgeous paper products. This is a great find. I'm going to try to post some more products from Armato later on. For now check out this video if you have an interest in letterpress.Labels: etsy, letterpress, notecards
From wedding invitations to recipe journals, Chapel Press produces beautiful products. The recipe book is my favorite item. Currently I have a recipe drawer with a bunch of loose papers floating around. (not very organized in the recipe department).Labels: greeting cards, journals, letterpress

Design*Sponge has updated the letterpress guide available on the web site. You can find all sorts of amazing stationery here. If you're looking for custom invites for a wedding or an upcoming event this is a great guide. You can even search by state if you would rather use a local vendor. Above is one of my favorites, Earmark Invitations. These are a few of their stationery pieces. I love that shade of green.Labels: letterpress, note cards
It looks like Pearl & Marmalade has been an etsy member for quite a while now. I don't know how I've never seen their work anywhere. It's very detailed letterpress. Pearl & Marmalade is run by designer-artists Dani + Lee in Chicago.Labels: etsy, letterpress
I came across Satsuma Press accidentally this morning. After looking through the products I thought this would be a good post for a Monday morning. The letterpress cards are very simple but I definitely love the style. Coming soon are limited addition stationery designs. The designs are created in collaboration with designer Lara Cameron (who I posted about last week, love her stuff!) Click here to purchase.Labels: etsy, letterpress
Linda & Harriet has one of those invitation collections that make you want to get married all over again.... just so you can have cool invites. There are a lot of other cool products in their shop besides the invites. You can shop for tags, notecards, notepads and flats. For some more fun reading check out the Linda & Harriet blog.Labels: invitations, letterpress, notecards

These notecards from Albertine Press are inspired by different patterns and textiles from around the world. This was my favorite collection from the website. I also really loved the coasters. I'm definitely in need for some new coasters.Labels: coasters, letterpress, notecards
